About Us
CUDS Co-operative Society Limited (“CUDS”) is an Industrial and Provident Society.
CUDS is the official User Group for the core banking system known as ‘‘Progress Banking Systems”. The User Group comprises over 150 Credit Unions each contracted with Progress Systems Limited, CUDS is mandated to support its member Credit Unions to navigate the key technology challenges to be addressed by all concerned.
Mission Statement
Listening and responding to member needs and developing the digital agenda for the future. We will achieve this by aggregating demand and setting standards so that we speak with a single voice and collaborate with business partners.
As a voluntary co-operative we are funded by our members. The executive team is comprised of volunteers elected by the membership at the AGM. Its role is direct and supervise the affairs of CUDS, to ensure it delivers on its goals and objectives, and to uphold the values and principals of CUDS in every aspect of its activities.
CUDS employs a project manager to assist and enable the executive in their work, as well as dealing directly with members and Progress Banking.
